Whether the disks are worn or slotting. Whether the gap between the plunger and the cylinder hole is too large. These wear and tear are related to the pressure, the drop of flow, the leakage in the leakage tubing and so on.

中心弹簧是否疲软或折断，它与压力、流量下降有关。

Whether the center spring is weak or broken, it is related to the drop of pressure and flow.

柱塞阻尼孔是否阻塞，它与滑靴干摩擦时泵在运行中发出尖叫声有关。

If the plunger damping hole is blocked, it is related to the scream during the operation of the pump when it is rubbed with the slipper dry.

滑靴与柱塞头是否松动，它与噪声增大有关。

Whether the slipper and the plunger head are loose or not, it is related to the increase of noise.

滑靴与斜盘之间的磨损情况，它与泵效率下降、发热、噪声增大有关。

The wear between the slipper and the inclined plate is related to the decrease in efficiency of the pump, the increase of heat and the increase of noise.

内部元件是否因气蚀出现表面损坏；泵内是否沉积磨屑与污物。

Is the internal component surface damage due to cavitation; whether debris and debris are deposited in the pump.
