高温高压清洗机柱塞泵被广泛应用于高压大流量和流量需要调节的场合，高压泵因其特殊的性能常用于高压力的工况中，有的是间断的工作，有的是连续的工作。但在日常使用中，应对其进行适时地维护，方能使其发挥zuijia功效。并且柱塞泵使用寿命的长短，与平时的维护保养，润滑油的数量和质量，油液清洁度有很大关系。下面主要介绍一下高温高压清洗机柱塞泵的保养维护技巧。

However, in daily use, it should be maintained in a timely manner in order to make it play the role of zuijia. The following mainly introduces the maintenance skills of plunger pump of high temperature and high pressure cleaner.

1、高压泵每次使用后，应用清水冲洗胶管和喷嘴中的残液，做好机器外壳的清洁工作，将电源线理齐后，存放在固定场所。发现破损或压力不够，应标以“待修”标识，并及时通知修复后才能使用；

After each use of the high-pressure pump, the residual liquid in the hose and nozzle should be washed with clean water to clean the machine casing, and the power supply should be arranged and stored in a fixed place. If damage or pressure is found to be insufficient, it should be marked as "to be repaired" and notified to repair in time before it can be used.

2、维修工负责对高压泵的维修保养，每天检查一次高压泵的运行情况，并作好记录。如发现密封破损、老化导致漏气，压力上不去，应及时调换；

3、高压泵电机的电气性能、机械性能、主机和主接触器开关，每半月检查一次，加注必需的润滑油，保证设备使用正常，并做好记录；

4、定期检查和校正安全阀的释放压力为额定工作压力的1.08～1.1倍；

5、定期检查压力表的准确性，定期检查皮带的松紧度，更换损坏了的易损件，调整各部位间隙，检查并拧紧各螺丝；

6、高压泵内应保持一定的油位，一般应保持油浸面的十分之六到十分之七的位置，如发现润滑油不足，应及时加注，以保证设备的正常运行；

7、需长期停用的泵，应用清水冲洗，放尽泵体内的液体，拆洗所有的阀涂上防锈油，并对整个泵进行防腐保养；

7. Pumps that need to be shut down for a long time should be washed with clean water to drain the liquid in the pump body, remove and wash all valves and coat them with rust-proof oil, and carry out anti-corrosion maintenance for the whole pump.

8、如要启用停放较长时间的泵，应对泵进行全面检查保养，否则不能启用。
