Working principle of high pressure plunger pump
高压柱塞泵的使用压力一般应在10MPa~100MPa之间。它属于容积式泵,借助工作腔里的容积周期性变化来达到输送液体的目的;原动机的机械能经泵直接转化为输送液体的压力能;泵的容量只取决于工作腔容积变化值及其在单位时间内的变化次数,理论上与排出压力无关。往复泵是借助于活塞在液缸工作腔内的往复运动(或通过隔膜、波纹管等挠性元件在工作腔内的周期性弹性变形)来使工作腔容积产生周期性变化的。在结构上,往复泵的工作腔是借助密封装置与外界隔开,通过泵阀(吸入阀和排出阀)与管路沟通或闭合。

It belongs to the volumetric pump, with the help of the volume periodic change in the working chamber to deliver the liquid. The mechanical energy of the original motive is converted directly into the pressure energy of the liquid, and the capacity of the pump depends only on the change of the volume of the working chamber and the number of changes in the unit time, in theory is independent of the discharge pressure. The reciprocating pump is based on the reciprocating movement of the piston in the working chamber of the fluid cylinder (or the periodic elastic deformation of the flexible elements such as diaphragm and bellows in the working cavity) to make the volume of the working cavity periodically change. In structure, the working chamber of reciprocating pump is separated from the outside by means of sealing device, and it is communicated or closed through pipeline valve (suction valve and discharge valve).
